A deceived heart leads to a cheating heart. Did you know that?…Today I’ll show you what you can do about it.
This is the final episode in our 5-Part Series on protecting and caring for the heart. There are 5 diagnoses that come from not protecting and caring for your heart and soul. They all originate from a Dis-eased Heart.
Losing your ease at a heart level, is what I call a DIS-EASED HEART.
From there the heart becomes deceived, which leads to a discouraged, distracted, disengaged, and ultimately, divorced heart. Whether you ever experience divorce or not.
Locating and diagnosing your heart before it progresses to the next phase of dis-ease is vital.
In order to do so, we must acknowledge, honor, protect, and care for our H.E.A.R.T.
We spoke about this in Part 1: EPISODE 171.
If you don’t get your hopes up and connect with your heart — beliefs, desires, and trust, you’ll suffer from a Divorced Heart.
We spoke about this in Part 2: EPISODE 172.
If you don’t fully engage with your heart, you’ll suffer from a Disengaged Heart.
Left uncared for, it can become a Divorced Heart.
We spoke about this is Part 3: EPISODE 173.
If you don’t become aware, you’ll suffer from a Distracted Heart.
Left uncared for, it becomes a Disengaged Heart.
We spoke about this is Part 4: EPISODE 174.
If you don’t, it’s easy to experience a Discouraged Heart.
Left uncared for, it becomes a Distracted Heart.
“If it can’t be interpreted at least 2 different ways, it’s probably not true.”
That’s right, there are more ways than one to interpret truth. If you’re not living in freedom, then you have yet to discover the truth.
Perhaps it’s time to take another look.
Trust is being able to put our hope in truth.
Who (and what) do you trust?
Do you trust yourself?
If you don’t trust yourself, you’ll end up trusting others who may not be trustworthy.
I learned that a trustworthy equation for trust is as follows:
1. Trust God.
2. Trust Myself.
3. Trust others that are trustworthy.
If you get these out of order, you’ll find yourself trusting the wrong people.
This will cause you to second-guess yourself, and lose trust in yourself. You’ll then begin to see yourself as no longer trustworthy. Thus, you’ll become untrustworthy.
It’s a vicious, deceptive cycle.
When the truth is, you MUST trust yourself to be able to wisely trust others…as well as YOURSELF.
A Deceived Heart is a Cheating Heart…
Please don’t cheat on YOU and YOUR TRUTH. STAY TRUE TO YOU.
