Perhaps you’re sipping on WHINE…whining on your “poor me” story or you’re sipping on wine, trying to numb your pain. Today I show you what to do about it…

I know you’re hurting at some level. Where Are You Hurting? In this episode, you’re going to learn 4 steps to begin the process of caring for your hurt.

We’re all heard that hurt people hurt people. And there are a lot of people hurting.

Are you one of them?

No matter where you’re hurting, you must discover the CAUSE of your hurt.

1. Cause.

Get to the root cause of your hurt.

Pain is not your problem, but the cause of it is.

Then you must…

2. Acknowledge the truth.

And remember, if it can’t be interpreted at least 2 different ways, it’s probably not true.

Are you willing to see TRUTH from more than one perspective?

If so, then it’s time to…

3. Relearn some things.

Perhaps UNLEARNING some old things.

Relearning new patterns. Beliefs. Behaviors.

Then…

4.Engage in being the solution.

Stop looking for the solution, and BE the solution.

This, my dear, is what you do to C.A.R.E. for yourself…and your HURTS.

Write down where you’re hurting right now. Is it physically? Mentally? Spiritually? Emotionally? Financially?

Tell me where you hurt.

Then write a bold statement of declaration that you’re absolutely committed to getting to the bottom of it — to get to the cause of your hurt. To uncover and discover the cause, so you can seek out and become the solution.

You can do it, my dear. And remember, you’re NOT alone.
