Hello, S.O.L. SISTER!

That’s right, you’re not alone!!

I know what this feels like, but you are NOT alone.

We are sipping on this thing called LIFE together. NOT alone.

Today’s a deeper dive into my personal story and the lessons I’ve learned along the way.

We all have our stories. You have a story. The question is, is your story the one you’d like to continue telling?

Are you interested in living and telling a new story?

In the process of sipping on my life and becoming the great lover of my life, I’ve uncovered 4 Syndromes that I personally suffered with needlessly for years.

I stayed in the suffering, victim mentality for far too long. Until that day of my awakening when I decided that I was going to do something different.

It was life changing for me, and it can change your life too.

I’ve yet to find a woman that hasn’t suffered from at least one of these “4 Syndromes”. Often suffering from all four of them at one time or another.

These 4 Syndromes are:

  1. The Cinderella Syndrome
  2. The Disengagement Syndrome
  3. The Superwoman Syndrome
  4. The Poor Me Syndrome

What’s your story? What have you experienced in your own life? Locate yourself.

Which of these 4 Syndromes have you experienced, and/or are currently experiencing?

I had this idea that there would be a Prince Charming that would come into my life and sweep me off my feet.

But what happens if Prince Charming never comes, or isn’t so charming? Or worse yet, is Prince Harming?

Then what?

For so many years I felt as though I was doing my life alone. Especially during those times when I was feeling as though I was drowning.

I felt misunderstood, and didn’t know whom I could trust.

After more than one divorce I felt such intense pain, betrayal, shame, guilt Once again I found myself feeling as though I was drowning in my life.

It wasn’t until I committed to fully feeling it, that I began to heal it. Going deep into my heart and soul, I determined that I would leave no stone unturned, and would uncover and discover all of me. Finally knowing who “she” really was, while truly accepting and loving myself.

We are the common denominator in every situation or pattern that happens in our lives.

I chose to become the “Right Girl” versus trying to find the “Right Guy.”

This led me to the most life-changing question we can ever ask ourselves…”Do you love yourself?”

In order to love yourself, you must know yourself. And in order to do this, you must spend time with yourself.

This was the beginning of the most sacred adventure of Dating Myself Well.

I began to pursue my heart and soul like never before. To know, understand, accept and love her in a way that I had never before experienced.

This led to writing a best-selling book, Date Yourself Well…The Best-selling 12 Engagements of Becoming the Great Lover of Your Life (www.dateyourselfwell.com) and a creating a program that I’m privileged to teach women all over the world (www.soldatesisterhood.com).

You, too, can become the great lover of your life.

Whether you’re single, married, partnered, or divorce. It’s never too early (or late) to date yourself well.

When we follow the dreams in our heart, we begin to create them.

Even when things don’t go as planned, or things go devastatingly wrong…and bad things happen…LOVE provides a way.

A way of healing. A way of truly living, and sipping on life.

Love is the only thing that matters.

It’s the only thing that heals completely.

Grief, heartache, and loss are not TOO BIG for LOVE.

This TRUTH has stood the test of time. LOVE.

WE ARE NOT ALONE.

LOVE IS THE ONLY THING THAT MATTERS.

This is why I sip on life every single day.

It’s why I’m committed to teaching others to do the same, and sharing this message of hope.

By living and loving life.

Sipping on life. No longer drowning in it. But standing in it.

Crying tears of joy. Healing. Hope. Certainty. Abundance. Movement. Purpose. Health. Love.

No matter where you are today, as long as life is flowing through you, LOVE can HEAL you.
