Today I’m going to help you discover the connection between what you love and what scares you.

It may not be a TIGER, but perhaps it is…

1. Think about it. Think about the thing that you desire…or you’d define as your “favorite.”

Pay attention to what comes up in your heart. The feelings. This will give you…

2. Insight. Look at the feeling that the thought creates in your heart.

3. Go into the feeling. Step into the feeling and say, “What is here for me?”

4. Engage with the feeling. Feel it.

5. Recognize what that feeling really is for you. What BELIEF is causing this feeling?

This will help you to uncover the feelings and beliefs that are hidden under the surface. Especially those connected to what you desire.

The ones that possibly ROAR at you when you least expect it.

The ones that cause you to fight, flight, or freeze.

How are you defining these things?
