Today I’m going to give you 3 helpful tips on how to get conscious about the choices you make. And how to make them IN TRUTH.
Have you ever caught yourself going down a stressful path, that’s loaded with blame?
We all do it from time to time. Yes, I do it too…even though as a Healing Life Coach, I “should” know better, right?
Wrong. It’s part of being human.
However, you DO have a choice about what to do when you catch yourself quickly succumbing to the temptation of dramatic story telling.
Yes, it does take practice.
But if you become aware, you’ll get plenty of opportunities to practice, and become masterful at it.
1- Identify when you’re doing it.
2- Be aware of it, and the choices available to you in that moment.
3- Make a choice…based on truth and go ALL IN.
Now What? You keep going. Consciously aware. In truth.
And What NOW?…
Continue to make conscious decisions that serve you, truth, and the life you desire to live and love.
