If it can’t be interpreted at least 2 different ways, it’s probably not true. This is how to do it…

Kim McMillen said, “When I loved myself enough I recognized my courage and fear, my naiveté and wisdom, and I make a place for each at my table.”

We’ll start with a few of my Sacred S.O.L. STEPS…

#1: Show up.

Show up for yourself and your feelings.

Undress and address.

This means being willing to expose yourself. To uncover and discover what you’re feeling.

HOW?

#2: Pay attention to what has heart and meaning.

What’s coming from your heart?

What meaning or definition are you giving it?

Remember…

#3: If it can’t be interpreted at least 2 different ways, it’s probably not true.

HOW?

1. Interpretation.

Then…

2. Identification

3. Recognition

4. Definition

The extremes that you experience can feel overwhelming, but YOU are the common denominator…

The common denominator for courage and fear, is YOU.

The common denominator for naiveté and wisdom is YOU.

YOU are the one that they have in common.

And you’re the one who can address and acknowledge each of them at your table.

The table of your heart.

THE TABLE OF TRUTH.

Realizing that opposition is simply a matter of position. Position them around your table and encourage heart to heart communion with one another.

What primary feeling have you been having today?

Invite that feeling, as well as its opposite, to come to the table of you heart.

Journal about this and see what happens.
