In today’s episode I share a very personal story of self-love and acceptance. AND 3 Secrets that’ll help you love your body. This is not about the job you did, or didn’t, get because of your boobs. This is about small-breasted women AND large-breasted (as well as everyone in between) coming together UNITED. IN LOVE.

It’s time to redefine beauty for yourself.

What does BEAUTY mean to YOU…to US?

There’s nothing more beautiful than a confident soul. And this comes from TRUTH.

The TRUTH is…not only are you more than enough…You ARE.

You are beautiful. Alive. Whole. Well.

If you don’t believe this, you’ll begin to believe me through the process of learning to love yourself well.

It starts by dating yourself well.

Today’s SACRED S.O.L. STORY (aka My Boob Job Story) inspired me to fall in love with my body, and the way it looks…especially my breasts.

Here are 3 Secrets that’ll help you fall in love with your body.

#1: Focus on what’s RIGHT with you, and not what you think is WRONG with you.

#2: Focus on YOUR opinion of yourself…and YOUR body. See it from a different perspective, with a new belief.

Are you trying to FIT into something your were NEVER designed to fit into?

#3: Try on your new belief. See how it fits.

TODAY’S SACRED S.O.L. STEP:

Please grab your SACRED S.O.L. D.A.T.E. JOURNAL (Daily Action To Engage with yourself.)

1. Write down that ONE body part that you don’t particularly love and appreciate.

2. Write it a Love + Appreciation Letter.

Then let me know what happens for you.
