Your desires aren’t becoming your reality. Your life doesn’t seem to be going the way you think it “should”…what do you do?

You discover your heart again, and remember…

H.E.A.R.T.

1. Hope. 

We spoke about this in Part 1: EPISODE 171.

If you don’t get your hopes up and connect with your heart — beliefs, desires, and trust, you’ll suffer from a Divorced Heart.

2. Engagement.

We spoke about this in Part 2: EPISODE 172.

If you don’t fully engage with your heart, you’ll suffer from a Disengaged Heart.

3. Awareness.

We spoke about this is Part 3: EPISODE 173.

If you don’t become aware, you’ll suffer from a Distracted Heart.

Today I’m here to remind you to REMEMBER your heart.

4. Remember.

That’s right, surround yourself with daily reminders of what you LOVE, and what matters to you.

Then, release everything else.

Remind yourself of who you are.

If you don’t, it’s easy to become discouraged.

But you don’t have to.

IT’S TIME TO REMEMBER…AND PROTECT YOUR HEART, MY DEAR.

TODAY’S SACRED S.O.L. STEP:

Write out all the things that are true about you. Reminders. Things that you know to be true, but you so quickly forget.

Remind yourself that you’re bold, brilliant, courageous…and to care for you and your heart.

Write out whatever reminders you need, then…

Take your top 3 reminders, write them on a note, and place them around your home, office, and car. Put them in your alarm on your phone so you’re automatically reminded several times a day or every hour…whatever you need.

Get back to truth and remember what’s most important to you.
