Have you ever had that unsettling feeling that keeps persisting, and you’re not quite sure where it’s coming from or what to do about it? I have too, and today I show you where it’s from and how to deal with it.

Deal with it? Heal with it?

We heal it by dealing with it.

AND…

We deal with it and heal WITH it.

Kim McMillen said, “When I loved myself enough, I saw that what I resisted persisted. Like a small child tugging my skirt. Now I am curious and gentle when resistance comes tugging.”

As long as you’re alive on earth, you will persist to exist.

How you live (and love) your life will be directly affected by how much you resist your own persistence.

If you’re going to know and love you, it’s essential that you begin to address the little girl (boy) within you.

Get down on her/his level.

Look her/him in the eyes and say, “Honey, what do you need?”

When we find ourselves resisting anything, it’s a sign that there’s a hidden need.

The need for:

1. Your undivided attention.

2. Your understanding of our desires.

3. Your unconditional growth.

Growth in all conditions.

Where in your life are you feeling a little “tug” (or a large tug) from within that needs your attention?

Get down on your knee. Fully engage, and ask yourself, “Honey, what do you need?”

Answer these based on your commitment to attention, desires, understanding, and commitment to growth.
