Your pain is in direct proportion to your pleasure. Did you know this?

The next time you hurt, ask yourself these 3 questions and unlock healing you never knew you needed.

Kim McMillen said, “When I loved myself enough I let the part of me that missed Kent feel sad instead of trying to stop her from loving him.”

In pain, ask yourself this…

1. Is this coming from love?

Celebrate it.

2. Is this coming from fear?

Fear of losing pleasure or experiencing discomfort?

Commit to creating versus losing.

3. Is this BIG enough to me that I’m willing to do whatever it takes to turn it into the pleasure I seek?

That’s the BIG question that matters most. Because you can feel the pain of lost love, fear of losing it, or you can make pain your gain by going ALL IN to what matters most to you.

Pain isn’t your problem. Running from it is.

Do not allow your pain to be in vain. Allow your pain to be your greatest gain.
