What’s it going to take for YOU to stand FOR you? How about THIS?!…

Today’s S.O.L. Story is inspired by my morning meditation in the rain.

As I was heading out to my tree — while doing walking lunges — I felt the rain, but kept moving ahead.

When I sat down in the wet grass, I smiled and had a moment of incredible gratitude that I was doing what I do regardless of what the weather was doing.

And in fact, I kinda liked the misty rain on the face.

Regardless of what’s happening outside of you…your body does what YOU tell it to do. Or what your brain tells it to do.

That’s the natural, healthy order of things.

However, if your body begins to dictate how things are going to go, you will NOT end up where you desire to go.

So what’s it going to take?

Think about THIS…




Sit for a moment.

Sit WITH you.

Sit WITH it.

Like meditation in the rain.


Trust God.

Trust yourself.

Trust the process.

Trust what you STAND for.

Trust that your life is FOR you.


Acknowledge truth, and U in the middle of it.

Stand in FREEDOM.


Saying NO to what you need to say NO to in order for you to say YES and STAND.

What are you saying yes to?

What are you saying no to?
