In today’s episode I share a story that’ll help remind you of what you LOVE, and what it has to do with confidence.

My S.O.L. STORY for today reconfirms the following:

1. Confidence comes from expressing what you LOVE and what works for you.

2. Confidence comes from OWNING IT.

3. Authenticity gets noticed.

When you begin to notice what you like, love, and what works for you…and you OWN IT –from the inside out — it’s noteworthy.

Where in your life are you NOT doing this?

Do you have something that you’re holding back, not wearing, not showing, not saying or expressing because you’re afraid?

Would you be willing today to truly OWN what you love…YOU…yourself…admit it and confidently SHOW UP that way?

Today’s the day to begin to do exactly that.

Show up as YOU, my dear!

It takes confidence to own your authenticity…and this is where true confidence comes from.

TODAY’S SACRED S.O.L. STEP:

1. Please grab your SACRED S.O.L. D.A.T.E. JOURNAL (Daily Action To Engage with yourself.)

2. Identify where you’re hiding, and NOT rocking your uniqueness…or celebrating what you’ve got…YOUR TRUE SELF.

3. Write it down. Circle it. Commit to doing this today!
