The fastest way to “lose weight” is to lose your “WAIT…”

If you desire to get light and travel freely with your time, then it’s going to require you to start and stop these 3 things.

It’s not what you’re eating, it’s what’s eating YOU!

It’s time to stop WAITING for time. Especially the time that’s eating you.

Kim McMillen said this, “When I loved myself enough I stopped fearing empty time and quit making plans, now I do what feels right and am in step with my own rhythms . Delicious!”

It starts with this.

Start stopping….

1. Start eating time. That’s right, when you start eating time, it stops time in its tracks and you simply savor that moment like there’s no tomorrow.

It can truly be delicious!

2. Stop Waiting for time to speed up or slow down.

YOU speed up or slow down.

Time goes so slowly when you’re moving so quickly.

Time moves quickly when you’re moving slowly.

So how about getting into the rhythm of your time, and begin having time. A great time. In time and on time.

3. Stop eating up time. You can chew on it, but DO NOT eat it up.

If you’re going to eat time up, then it’s going to eat you up and spit you out like a sunflower seed on a hot summer day.

It’s time to REDEFINE TIME.

Here’s what I have to say about time. And YES, it’s about time!!
