Here are 3 powerful, proven, effective ways to stop worry in its tracks…
An individual reached out to me yesterday and said, “I’m stuck and I’m worried.” Perhaps you can relate.
Most people are unconsciously worrying.
However, a great way to become conscious of it is being able to admit when things are simply NOT working.
That’s right, when things aren’t working, chances are there’s a root of worry somewhere.
So the next time something’s not working, ask yourself, “What am I worrying about and/or afraid of?”
Once you identify that you’re worrying about something do these 4 things.
This will stop worry in its tracks…
1. Ask yourself, “Is this TRUE?”
Is it THE TRUTH?
2. Turn worry into WONDER.
3. Start believing what you say you’re hoping for.
4. Remind yourself that worrying is a waste of time…unless you love creating more of it.
Worrying and hoping things change?
Remember, worrying isn’t hoping.

Write down what you’re worried about right now.

Remind yourself that worrying is a waste of time…unless you love creating more of it.
Make a commitment today to stop the worry, and get your life working again.
