These 2 things will stop overwhelm in its tracks!
1. STOP GIVING…so much thought and attention to what you don’t desire.
Yes, stop thinking and overthinking about it.
Instead, give YOURSELF thought and attention.
Give what you DESIRE your thought and attention.
2. START TAKING …action.
Even if it’s only one small step in the direction that you desire to go.
Sometimes it’s NOT starting that becomes way harder than simply STARTING.
And taking that first step.
Once you’re moving, it’s much easier to keep moving. Ahead.
Stop giving…and start taking ACTION.

TODAY’S SACRED S.O.L. STEP:
What have you been told is a NO or a CAN’T? Perhaps you’ve told this to yourself.
What would you need to KNOW today to turn this into a YES I CAN?
Do it, my dear. NOW.
Are you ready to share YOU and YOUR S.O.L. STORY?
I’d LOVE to connect with you, and celebrate YOU and your S.O.L.
