1. D: Date Of Birth.
2. O: Outcome Clear.
3. N: Name it.
4. E: Expect + Inspect

Identify a project that you haven’t YET been able to get done.
Write it out. Circle it.
Then take yourself through the “D.O.N.E” process, and watch what happens.
