With everything vying for your attention, how do you stay focused on what matters most to YOU? In today’s episode I’ll show you a powerful, yet simple, strategy to remember…

So why do we forget to remember?

I believe it’s because we don’t have enough reminders.

A reminder renews the mind…and a renewed mind is a transformed life.

Remember when we’ve talked about the definition of SOUL in the past? It’s our mind, will, and emotions.

And you know how we define S.O.L., right?

It’s Sipping On Life, of course.

This strategy will help you remember to focus on your heart and SOUL, while sipping on your life.  Got it?

Here Are 3 Reminders For SIPPING ON LIFE Every Day…

1. S: Start small and finish big.

Simple is the most profound way to focus.

Commit to doing a small thing consistently. EVERY DAY.

Small things every day become BIG things and BIG days.

What is this for you? What could it be for you?

2. O: Open your day with a big step for you.

Create a morning SACRED SELF TIME with a RENEWAL RITUAL.

Listen. Share. Set an intention for your day. Commit to it by staying OPEN. ALL DAY.

3. L: Love the little things.

Look for everything you LOVE. Document. Take pictures. Review at the end of your day.

Give thanks…and thanks will give YOU more to be thankful for.

TODAY’S SACRED S.O.L. STEP:

1. Write out the letters: S.O.L.

2. Write down what comes to mind for YOU with each of these three…

Start small. Commit to the smallest, yet most consistent step you can take on a daily basis.

Open your day. How will you OPEN your day with SACRED SELF time?

Love. Begin to list the things you love most in your life. Look for them. Look for new ones. Then commit to documenting your day in pictures.

3. Write a note that says, I LOVE MY HEART + S.O.L. (Place it on your mirror, refrigerator, and computer.)

This will remind you to remember with a RENEWED MIND + TRANSFORMED LIFE.
