Today I share what happens when you fall short or find yourself losing, and how to stand back up again. Even if it’s on your hands…

Losing doesn’t make you a loser. Just like standing in a garage doesn’t make you a car!

Whatever it is that you’re going through today, you must stand back up…

Wipe your tears away, if necessary.

Or stand there with tears rolling down your cheeks. Mascara and all.

Perhaps you’re feeling completely defeated, like a victim, like a loser.

It’s time for you to stand back up.

You’re not losing (unless you quit.)

No matter what, keep going.

Do not let your losses define you.

Do not let your lows define you.

Keep your identity.

Keep your strength.

Redefine if you need to.

Whatever it takes.

Do not allow anything to rob who you are, or tell you who you are.

You rise up in the midst of that loss, and you tell IT who you are.

Stand UP today! Even if you’re standing on your hands.

Sometimes landing on our feet doesn’t always look the way we think it’s going to. Perhaps it’s landing on your hands.

Whatever it takes.

TODAY’S SACRED S.O.L. STEP:

Declare your victory today. Whatever it is that you’re going through — ra ecent loss or holding onto one from the past — declare your victory today.

Stand up. Put your chest out. Hold your head up high. Keep your chin up. Shoulders back. Good posture. Stand like you mean it.

Because even though you’ve had loss it doesn’t make you a loser, my dear.
