Today I show you how hard can become easy. If you’re not experiencing hard, you’re not growing. And if you don’t grow, your life will always be hard.

After doing the podcast while on the road, live, remotely in NYC last week…it redefined what used to seem “hard” for me.

When the heat gets turned up, the coal becomes a diamond or it doesn’t.

Your commitment makes all the difference.

So how do you redefine hard?

You must get outside of your home.

Growing requires you to get outside of your home — what’s comfortable, normal, and familiar.

Then you can begin to EXPAND.

Get outside of what you know, and allow yourself to grow.

This will allow you to redefine hard, and make it so much easier.

There will be EASE to it.

One sip at a time, and hard won’t seem hard anymore.
